Bleach is not really effective, EPA states it is but in reality is not.
guidelines and standards for mold remediation never mention using bleach.
chances are mold will grow back if you use beach on any porous surface like
drywall, carpet, padding, or any wood or fabric the best way is to remove and
replace. Concrete, metal or wood that can be sanded; the best way it to scrape
of the mold growth completely and then use a bioside, a bioside will kill mold
and help prevent future grow. antimicrobial agents help but are not as
effective. then the final step i will suggest that once the mold it's gone and
everything is dryer to paint or seal coat any thing that might get wet or moist
in the future. always use a respirator when removing mold or any microbial
contamination. and if in doubt call a professional. www.ecotechus.com
